CAN NON-MEMBERS FLY WITH VANBERT?
Yes, non-members can book VANBERT Charter flights after passing ID verification and background screening. However, exclusive perks such as peak-season fleet access, member-only deals, and luxury benefits are available to Preferred Access members.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES VANBERT ACCEPT?
We accept:
- Wire transfers & ACH payments
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
We do not currently accept Apple Pay, PayPal, or cryptocurrency transactions (except for Charter flights).
DOES VANBERT HAVE A MOBILE APP?
Yes! Our Apple iOS and Android apps allow clients to book flights, manage trips, and access exclusive member benefits. Download it from your app store by searching VANBERT.
Policies
WHAT IS VANBERT’S LUGGAGE POLICY?
- Private Charter Flights & Deals: Luggage capacity varies by aircraft. For example, a CJ2 light jet carries less luggage than a Challenger 300 super midsize jet. Contact us for exact capacity.
- Shuttle Flights: Each seat allows one checked bag (up to 40 lbs) and one personal item (carry-on, briefcase, or backpack).
WHAT IS VANBERT’S PET POLICY?
- Private Charter Flights & Deals: Pets are allowed. Pets over 20 lbs must be leashed to a captain’s chair during takeoff and landing. Certain breeds may require a muzzle.
- Shuttle Flights: Only Service Dogs and Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are permitted. ESA or Service Dogs over 25 lbs require a separate seat. Please notify our team at least 12 hours before departure.
WHAT IS THE BOARDING PROCESS ON THE DAY OF FLIGHT?
Skip the hassle of commercial airports. Arrive at your designated private jet terminal (FBO) 15 minutes before departure, where Ground Handlers will escort you directly to the aircraft.

VANBERT maintains a strictly vetted fleet of 3,000+ aircraft worldwide. All aircraft are Part 135 certified, holding Wyvern Registration with Argus Gold or Platinum safety ratings.
