Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vanbert Aviation Group. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vanbert Aviation website, mobile applications, and related services. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Vanbert Aviation Group, LLC operates as an air charter broker and aviation marketplace. We facilitate introductions between travelers and certificated air carriers, but we do not operate aircraft ourselves.

2. Definitions

Platform means the Vanbert website, applications, and connected services.

Client means any person or entity using the platform to search for, request, or book aviation services.

Operator means the certificated air carrier that performs the actual flight.

Empty Leg means a repositioning flight offered at a reduced rate when an aircraft would otherwise fly without revenue passengers.

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to aircraft and operator availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Vanbert Aviation.

More than 72 hours before departure: full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.

24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% of the total charter cost is refundable.

Less than 24 hours before departure: no refund is available.

Weather, maintenance, safety concerns, and regulatory requirements may require schedule adjustments. In those cases we will help rebook you or issue the applicable refund.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Charter prices remain estimates until a formal quote is issued and accepted. Additional approved charges may apply for catering, ground transport, customs handling, positioning, or special requests.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vanbert Aviation Group acts as an intermediary between you and the aircraft operator. The operator remains responsible for safe flight operations, crew qualifications, aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, and insurance coverage.

6. Charter Broker Disclosure

Vanbert Aviation Group, LLC does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by independent, certificated air carriers. Vanbert acts exclusively as an air charter broker and aviation marketplace.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes related to these terms or the Vanbert platform are subject to the jurisdiction of Bahamian courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

Vanbert Aviation Group reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates.
